At Atmosphere, each piece is meticulously hand-crafted in our Sydney atelier, designed to be cherished for years to come. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and offer a warranty and aftercare to give you peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including issues with stone setting, metalwork, and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or loss of stones or jewellery.

Repairs & Maintenance

Should your piece require attention, we offer repair services for items both within and beyond the warranty period. Out-of-warranty repairs may incur a fee, depending on the work required. To arrange a repair, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Complimentary Cleaning, Polishing & Aftercare

To help your jewellery remain as radiant as the day you received it, we offer complimentary cleaning, polishing, and aftercare for the lifetime of your piece. This service is separate from repairs and ensures your jewellery continues to shine beautifully with regular care.

 

Bespoke & Custom Pieces

All bespoke and customised pieces are treated with the same care and craftsmanship, and repairs or adjustments are handled with the utmost attention.
