Production & Customisation

Each piece is meticulously hand-crafted in our Sydney atelier, with every stone thoughtfully
sourced once your order is placed. This careful process ensures exceptional quality and attention to detail, and typically takes 4–6 weeks. Bespoke or customised pieces may require additional time, which will be confirmed when discussing your design. We will keep you informed throughout and let you know as soon as your piece is ready for collection or shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

For Australian orders, shipping is included and your jewellery will arrive within 1–3 business days once dispatched. International shipping is calculated at checkout (generally 30–50 AUD) and usually takes 3–5 business days. All shipments are fully tracked and insured for peace of mind, and a signature is required to ensure your piece arrives safely.
