Our process begins with an in-person appointment in our showroom in Sydney's CBD, or a virtual video-consultation.
During this complimentary session, we will discuss your ideas, favourite styles and gemstone preferences, exploring inspiration and possibilities together.
Our team will guide you through every step to bring your unique vision to life.
step two
Design & Stone Selection
If required depending on the design you have in mind, we will source a curated selection of gemstones for you to choose from, either in person or remotely through photos and videos.
Once we have chosen the perfect stones, we will create a 3D model of your piece that we will share with you, refining every detail until it feels perfect.
This step typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Craftsmanship
Our skilled artisans will then bring your vision to life with precision and care, using traditional techniques and the finest materials.
All our pieces are made in Australia.
This step typically takes 4-6 weeks.
step four
Final Review & Delivery
Before your piece reaches you, it is carefully inspected to ensure every detail is flawless.
Once complete, we will let you know it’s ready for collection, or arrange secure delivery straight to your home.
