1. Introduction
Welcome to Atmosphere. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of jewellery and the use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Ordering & Acceptance
All jewellery is made-to-order. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order, for example, if a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced.
3. Production & Delivery
Each piece is meticulously hand-crafted in our Sydney atelier, with stones thoughtfully sourced once your order is placed. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks. Bespoke or customised orders may require additional time, which will be confirmed during your appointment.
Shipping for Australian orders is included in the price and usually takes 1–3 business days once dispatched. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout (generally 30–50 AUD) and typically take 3–5 business days. All shipments are fully tracked and insured, with a signature required on delivery.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AUD and include applicable taxes (GST). Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change, but once your order is confirmed, the price is fixed.
5. Returns & Exchanges
As all pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your jewellery upon delivery, we will cover the shipping fees to return it for inspection and repair. Once restored, your piece will be sent back to you at no additional cost.
6. Customisation & Bespoke Work
Bespoke or customised pieces may incur additional costs. Please book an appointment to discuss design changes, gemstone substitutions, or bespoke commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Atmosphere and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the jewellery. We cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or misuse of products. Jewellery should be worn and cared for responsibly, following our care guidelines.
9. Privacy & Data
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. International Orders & Duties
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the purchase price.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website.
