Returns & Exchanges

As all of our pieces are meticulously made to order, we do not accept returns or
exchanges.

Every item is crafted with the utmost care and quality, yet in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your jewellery upon delivery, we will cover the shipping fees to return it to our atelier for inspection and repair. Once restored, your piece will be sent back to you at no additional cost.
