Can I customise a piece with different gemstones?
Yes of course, all of our pieces can be customised with alternative gemstones. Please book an appointment to discuss your bespoke or customised design.
How long will it take for my jewellery to be made?
Each piece is hand-crafted in Australia, and production typically takes 4-6 weeks. Bespoke or customised orders may require additional time. Please note we will start production in February 2026.
Where are your gemstones sourced from?
All gemstones are carefully sourced for quality and authenticity, with many, including our sapphires, coming from Australia.
Do your pieces come with certificates?
All our gemstones over 1 carat come with certificates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available worldwide. Please see our ‘Shipping & Production’ page.
How will my order be gift-wrapped?
Each piece is presented and beautifully gift-wrapped in our signature Atmosphere box. If your purchase is a gift and you would like to add a personalised note please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available and make a beautiful way to share the gift of jewellery. Contact us to purchase or for more details.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but are not able to guarantee it.
Is shipping insured and tracked?
Yes, all shipments are fully tracked and insured for peace of mind. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Whilst our pieces are crafted to endure, they are delicate by nature and require thoughtful care. For detailed guidance, please refer to our Jewellery Care page.
